Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Executive to join our team ICSI to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review contracts, agreements and company policies
Ensure legal compliance with local and national laws
Maintain legal records and files for internal reference
Coordinate with legal counsel and external authorities
Assist in case follow-ups and court documentation

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role Law Graduate(LLB) and 1 year to 2 years. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
