1. Key Responsibilities

  • ROC & MCA Compliances: Execute statutory filings, annual returns, and forms on the MCA portal.

  • Secretarial Records: Maintain statutory registers, share transfer records, and update company master data.

  • Board Meetings: Assist in preparing agendas, notices, drafting minutes for Board and General Meetings.

  • Liaison & Advisory: Support senior management with routine regulatory updates under the Companies Act
