About the Role

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a dedicated and experienced Advocate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have strong litigation experience, excellent legal drafting skills, and the ability to represent clients effectively before various courts and legal authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals, and other legal forums.

• Draft legal notices, petitions, plaints, written statements, affidavits, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.

• Attend court hearings and ensure timely representation.

• Handle civil, criminal, consumer, family, property, and corporate legal matters as assigned.

• Provide legal advice and consultation to clients.

• Coordinate with clients regarding case progress and documentation.

• Maintain accurate case files and legal records.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and court procedures.

• Work closely with the firm's legal team to achieve successful case outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• LL.B. (Mandatory)

• Enrollment with the Bar Council.

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.

• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.

• Excellent drafting and legal research skills.

• Good communication and client-handling abilities.

• Ability to work independently and under deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.
