Legal Advocate

Position Summary:
Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Advocate to join its litigation team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in civil, criminal, family, and Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) matters, with strong legal drafting, courtroom representation, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and other legal forums.

• Handle litigation related to civil, criminal, family, and DRT matters.

• Draft petitions, affidavits, legal notices, agreements, appeals, written statements, and other legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions and case analysis.

• Attend court hearings, client meetings, and case discussions.

• Advise clients on legal issues and litigation strategy.

• Maintain case files, documentation, and ensure compliance with legal procedures.

• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and court officials for effective case management.

Required Qualifications:

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

• Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice.

• 2–6 years of relevant litigation experience.

• Strong knowledge of civil, criminal, family, and DRT laws.

• Excellent drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to independently manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience practicing before Hyderabad courts and tribunals.

• Strong client relationship and case management skills.

• Proficiency in legal research and legal documentation.

• High level of professional ethics and attention to detail.
