Job Summary:

Legal Capital is seeking a qualified Advocate with hands-on experience in DRT matters and calling work. The candidate should be well-versed in handling recovery cases, client coordination, and court procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cases related to Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)

Draft legal notices, petitions, affidavits, and other legal documents

Represent clients in DRT proceedings and related legal matters

Coordinate with clients regarding case updates and documentation

Handle calling work for follow-ups with clients and parties

Ensure timely case tracking and updates

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in DRT matters

Good knowledge of legal drafting and court procedures

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage calling work and client interactions

Enrolled with Bar Council

Qualification:

LLB (mandatory)
