Legal Officer

Qualification:

 LLB or LLM from a recognized university.

Experience:

 Minimum 3 years of work experience after completion of education.

Language Requirement:

 Telugu – Reading and Writing is Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

1. Property Due Diligence

o Conduct legal due diligence of land and property documents.

o Verify title ownership, encumbrances, and property records.

2. Civil & Collateral Matters

o Handle civil-related legal matters.

o Verify collateral property documents for loan or project purposes.

3. Land Laws – Andhra Pradesh

o Knowledge of land laws and regulations in Andhra Pradesh.

o Review land allotment documents, registration records, and revenue

documents.

4. Legal Opinions

o Provide written legal opinions on land and property matters.

o Support management with legal advice on property transactions.

5. Document Verification

o Scrutinize documents such as:

 Sale Deeds

 Gift Deeds

 Partition Deeds

 Encumbrance Certificates

 Pattadar Passbooks

 Layout approvals

6. Legal Documentation

o Draft and review legal agreements and property-related documents.
