Legal Advocate

Job Title: Senior Advocate / Senior Lawyer

Location: Pune (with travel as required)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Lawyer to join our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent us before Civil, Criminal, Commercial, and other Courts as required.

- Independently handle litigation from filing through final arguments.

- Draft, review, and vet legal pleadings, applications, notices, and other legal documents.

- Appear before Trial Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, and regularly represent matters before the High Court.

- Travel to the High Court and other courts as required for case hearings.

- Develop litigation strategies and provide legal opinions to clients.

- Coordinate with clients, court staff, and legal teams to ensure timely case management.

Requirements:

- LL.B. degree with a valid Bar Council enrollment.

- Minimum 7–10 years of litigation experience (or more).

- Strong advocacy, drafting, and legal research skills.

- Ability to independently argue matters before various courts.

- Willingness to travel frequently to the High Court and other jurisdictions when required.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and case management skills.

Preferred:

- Prior experience handling High Court matters independently.

- Strong knowledge of Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, and Commercial laws.
