Role Overview:

As a Land Legal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our renewable energy projects comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition, leasing, and property rights. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to navigate complex legal landscapes and support the successful development of our solar and wind projects.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Land Acquisition and Leasing: Manage the legal aspects of acquiring and leasing land for solar and wind projects, including negotiations, contract drafting, and due diligence.

🔹 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and national regulations and standards related to land use and environmental protection.

🔹 Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate land-related contracts, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and easements.

🔹 Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve land-related disputes and issues, working with legal counsel and other parties as needed.

🔹 Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and community relations.

🔹 Project Support: Provide legal support to project teams throughout the lifecycle of solar and wind projects, from initial planning through to construction and operation.

Qualifications:

✔️ Legal Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Law or related field and a valid license to practice law in [relevant jurisdiction] an added advantage. Experience in land use law, real estate, or energy law is highly desirable.LandLegalAdvisor

✔️ Experience: Proven track record in managing land acquisition and legal matters in the renewable energy sector or a related field.

✔️ Skills: Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

✔️ Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and best practices in the solar and wind energy sectors.

✔️ Passion: A genuine interest in renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
