* Experience as a Hostel Warden or in hostel/facility administration preferred
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Responsible, disciplined, and able to handle hostel operations independently
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Supervise daily hostel operations and ensure discipline
* Maintain attendance and resident records
* Address student/resident concerns and coordinate with management
* Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the hostel
* Handle room allotments, check-ins, and check-outs
* Monitor housekeeping and security staff
