Packing Staff

Victory Exports is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and disciplined Packing Boy cum Office Peon to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for packing export shipments, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and office, assisting with day-to-day office tasks, and supporting the team in ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Packing & Warehouse Duties

• Pack car and truck spare parts accurately and securely for domestic and export shipments.

• Label, weigh, and prepare cartons for dispatch.

• Assist in palletizing, wrapping, and loading shipments.

• Ensure products are packed according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and storage areas.

• Assist in stock handling, movement, and basic inventory management.

• Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor immediately.

Office Support Duties

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.

• Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and bank-related work when required.

• Purchase office supplies and packing materials as instructed.

• Assist with photocopying, filing, and other basic office tasks.

• Keep the office, pantry, and common areas clean and well-maintained.

• Assist in receiving and dispatching courier packages.

• Support other departments with general administrative tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: 10th Pass (preferred).

• Previous experience in packing, warehouse work, or office assistance is an advantage.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting cartons and materials safely.

• Honest, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.

• Basic reading and writing skills in English and/or Hindi.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Ability to follow instructions carefully.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
Working hours as per company policy.
