· Manage labour vendor contracting for commercial interior fit-out projects.
· Source and mobilize skilled and unskilled labour for interior works, including POP workers, carpenters, supervisors, civil workers, painters, and housekeeping staff.
· Coordinate with labour vendors and labour contractors to ensure timely availability of manpower as per project requirements.
· Negotiate labour rates, contract terms, and service agreements with labour vendors and labour suppliers.
· Maintain, track, and analyse labour cost data to control budgets and improve cost efficiency.
· Develop and maintain a strong network of labour suppliers and contractors across Pan-India regions.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety standards, and company policies at project sites.
· Resolve labour-related issues, disputes, and escalations in coordination with project and site teams.
· Support project teams with manpower planning aligned to project schedules and timelines.
· Strong expertise in labour vendor contracting for interior fit-out projects.
· Proven experience in sourcing and managing large labour teams across multiple locations.
· Excellent negotiation and cost-control skills.
· Strong understanding of labour cost structures and market rates.
· Pan-India labour market knowledge.
· Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
