Job Summary:

The Helper is responsible for assisting production and machine operators in daily manufacturing activities, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, handling materials, and supporting smooth production operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist machine operators and technicians during production activities.
Load and unload materials, tools, and finished goods.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
Support packing, labeling, and material handling activities.
Follow safety instructions and company policies.
Use safety equipment such as gloves, shoes, and aprons properly.
Inform supervisors about any machine issues or material shortages.
Help in shifting materials within departments.
Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
Support other departments whenever required.

Requirements:

Basic reading and communication skills.
Physically fit for manufacturing and material handling work.
Willingness to learn and work in shifts if required.
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.

Preferred:

Experience in manufacturing or production environment is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of safety practices in factory operations.
