Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities:Material HandlingLoad and unload raw materials, finished goods, and tools.Move materials to and from workstations using trolleys or manually.Maintain proper storage and labeling of materials.Machine AssistanceAssist machine operators in feeding materials into machines.Remove finished products from machines.Clean and prepare machines before and after production.Production SupportHelp in assembling, packaging, or sorting items as per instructions.Ensure continuous supply of materials during production runs.Maintain the production flow by minimizing downtime.Cleaning and MaintenanceKeep the work area, machines, and factory floor clean and organized.Dispose of scrap or waste materials properly.Assist maintenance staff during machine repair or maintenance work.Quality AssistanceInspect basic defects in products before packaging.Report damaged or defective materials to the supervisor.Follow company quality and safety standards.Safety and ComplianceReport any unsafe conditions or equipment issues immediately.Ensure adherence to factory policies and discipline.Documentation and ReportingMaintain daily work logs or time sheets if required.Assist in inventory counting and record-keeping.📋 Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass (basic education).Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate weights.Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.Basic understanding of safety and hygiene.Previous experience in a factory setup is an advantage but not mandatory.🕒 Work Environment:Works in a production or manufacturing setup.May require working in shifts (morning, evening, or night).Exposure to noise, machinery, and moderate physical labor.
