Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory & Warehouse Helper to support our coffee manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will assist with production, packaging, inventory handling, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the factory and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coffee production and packaging activities.
Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products.
Label, pack, and prepare products for dispatch.
Organize and maintain warehouse stock and storage areas.
Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming materials.
Help with inventory counts and stock movement.
Keep the factory and warehouse clean, organized, and hygienic.
Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
Operate basic material handling equipment (if trained).
Support supervisors with other production and warehouse tasks as required.
