Fabrication Labour

We are looking for a Fabrication Labour to join our team at Design Tree Brand Solution Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication Team (Vinyl & Signage)

1. Material Handling & Preparation

Receive and verify materials (vinyl rolls, acrylic sheets, aluminum, ACP, foam boards, etc.) based on job requirements.

Measure, cut, and prepare substrates accurately as per design specifications.

Clean and prep surfaces for vinyl application or further fabrication.

2. Vinyl Cutting & Application

Operate vinyl plotters/cutters to cut text, graphics, or logos.

Weed excess vinyl and prepare for transfer.

Apply vinyl on various surfaces (e.g., acrylic, glass, metal, MDF) ensuring no air bubbles or wrinkles.

Laminate vinyl where required (matte or gloss finishes).

3. Signage Fabrication
Fabricate different types of signage: 2D, 3D, backlit, channel letters, etc.

Assemble sign structures using appropriate tools and adhesives.

Install LEDs and power systems for illuminated signage.

Work with CNC or laser cutting files when fabricating complex designs.

Maintain and clean tools, machines (e.g., plotters, heat guns, cutters), and workstations.

Report any equipment issues promptly for repair or replacement.

Coordinate with supervisors or project leads on daily tasks and priorities.

Pack and label completed signage for delivery or installation.
