We are looking for Packing & Dispatch staff to ensure accurate, hygienic, and timely dispatch of customer orders in our Cloud Kitchens
Operations: 24 hours a day, 6 days a week (Tuesday weekly off).
Shift Length: 10 hours per shift.
Rotation: Candidates must be open to rotating shifts (Day & Night) as per roster.
Portioning and packing food orders as per brand SOPs.
Labeling, sealing, and double-checking order accuracy.
Coordinating with kitchen staff for ready orders.
Handover to delivery partners (Zomato/Swiggy/Direct riders).
Maintaining hygiene standards in packing area.
Updating order logs and following dispatch checklists.
Experience: 0–2 years in food delivery/dispatch (QSR, restaurant, or cloud kitchen preferred).
Education: 10th pass minimum; ability to read labels in English/Hindi.
Skills:
Attention to detail and speed.
Basic food safety & hygiene knowledge (FSSAI preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Team player with discipline and punctuality.
In-Hand Salary Bracket: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
