Packing Staff

Role: Packing & Dispatch Associate

We are looking for Packing & Dispatch staff to ensure accurate, hygienic, and timely dispatch of customer orders in our Cloud Kitchens

Work Schedule

• Operations: 24 hours a day, 6 days a week (Tuesday weekly off).

• Shift Length: 10 hours per shift.

• Rotation: Candidates must be open to rotating shifts (Day & Night) as per roster.

Responsibilities

• Portioning and packing food orders as per brand SOPs.

• Labeling, sealing, and double-checking order accuracy.

• Coordinating with kitchen staff for ready orders.

• Handover to delivery partners (Zomato/Swiggy/Direct riders).

• Maintaining hygiene standards in packing area.

• Updating order logs and following dispatch checklists.

Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years in food delivery/dispatch (QSR, restaurant, or cloud kitchen preferred).

• Education: 10th pass minimum; ability to read labels in English/Hindi.

• Skills:

  • Attention to detail and speed.

  • Basic food safety & hygiene knowledge (FSSAI preferred).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Team player with discipline and punctuality.

Compensation & Benefits

• In-Hand Salary Bracket: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
