  • Reading plans: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.

  • Cutting & Shaping: Mark, cut (using saws, waterjets), bend, and form aluminum sheets and profiles.

  • Assembly: Weld (MIG/TIG), rivet, screw, and bond components together.

  • Quality Control: Inspect for accuracy, proper fit, and adherence to standards.

  • Machining: Operate CNC machinery, lathes, mills for precision work.

  • Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep on tools and machinery.

  • Installation: Assist with on-site installation of finished products.
