Job Description – Blue-Collar Labour Vendor
Door-to-Door Car Washing Services | Bangalore
Position: Car Washing Service Executive / Field Labour
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Role & Requirements
- Salary: ₹29,000 + ₹6,000 fuel allowance = ₹35,000/month.
- 12-hour duty per day; maximum login time 6:30 AM.
- Daily travel may range between 100–150 km based on assigned jobs.
- Smartphone and two-wheeler are mandatory.
- Food and accommodation are not provided by the company.
- Fuel allowance: ₹6,000 per month.
- 3 days compulsory training – unpaid; payout starts from Day 4.
- 1 weekly off.
- Workers must remain reachable during duty hours. Unauthorized early logout/return or phone being switched off may result in no payment for that day.
- OT may be required 1–2 times per week based on business requirements.
- Payout: 30-day cycle + 7-day buffer for invoice submission and processing.
- Referral Incentive: ₹1,000 per successful labour referral, subject to applicable conditions.
- Workers must maintain punctuality, discipline, professional customer behaviour and service quality.
Important: This is a field-based role involving long-distance travel and 12-hour shifts. Vendors must deploy workers who are comfortable with the above working conditions and operational requirements.
