Job Title: Sample Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Sample Coordinator to manage and coordinate sample collection activities. The candidate will ensure proper handling, tracking, and timely delivery of samples while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with field staff and labs for sample collection and dispatch.

Maintain proper records of collected samples and update data in the system.

Ensure samples are properly labeled, packed, and transported safely.

Track sample status and follow up with the laboratory for timely reports.

Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding sample schedules.

Maintain inventory of sample collection materials and kits.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

Prepare daily and weekly reports related to sample collection activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sample coordination, healthcare, or lab operations.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
