Retail Pharmacist

Position: Pharmacist (Balance Pharma)

Department: Retail Pharmacy / Store Management

Location: Bangalore (Palace Road Vasant Nagar )

D. Pharma / B. Pharma (Registered Pharmacist preferred).

Good knowledge of medicine names, categories, and common formulations.

Experience in retail pharmacy, store management, or medical billing.

Ability to operate pharmacy billing software / online invoice systems.

Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and generate online invoices and e-commerce billing using pharmacy billing software.

Manage retail pharmacy operations including stock handling, medicine issuing, and customer billing.

Maintain store inventory, stock levels, expiry checks, and daily sales records.

Ensure proper storage and arrangement of medicines as per regulatory norms.

Provide correct medicine dispensing with knowledge of dosage, indications, and interactions.

Assist customers with medicine information and availability.

Coordinate with the purchasing team for stock replenishment.

Maintain 100% accuracy in medicine names, batch numbers, and expiry dates during billing.
