Quality Assurance Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance-Executive to join our team Flavour trove. candidates who have experience in food processing industry, herbal, or nutraceuticals to understand our food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality & Food safety protocols and procedures along with the superiors.

• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with industry quality & food safety standards.

• Document and report quality issues and findings.

• QMS - Deviations, Change control, Complaints, IA, Handling Non conformances

• Knowledge on HACCP, TACCP, VACCP.

• Preparation of specifications.

• Knowledge on product testing.

• Coordinate with a cross functional team &  Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members and production operators.  .

• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.

• Provide training and guidance on quality assurance best practices.

• Provide training and guidance on quality assurance best practice.

• Reporting and documentation

Preferred Profile:

- MSC Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

- 3-5 years' experience in food processing industry/herbal/nutraceuticals or a related field.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
