Key Responsibilities

Specimen Collection: Performing venipuncture and finger sticks on patients of all ages.
Patient Care: Identifying patients, explaining procedures, and calming anxious patients.
Labeling & Handling: Properly labeling, tracking, and storing samples, ensuring specimen integrity.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintaining a sterile environment, disposing of medical waste properly, and adhering to infection control protocols.
Documentation: Updating patient records and logging test requisitions.
