Phlebotomy & Sample Collection
Perform venipuncture and blood collection accurately and safely.
Collect blood, urine, and other samples as per laboratory protocols.
Conduct home visits for sample collection.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of specimens.
Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines.
Laboratory Operations
Perform basic laboratory tests as assigned.
Prepare samples for analysis.
Maintain laboratory equipment and work area cleanliness.
Report any sample rejection or quality issues promptly.
Patient Care & Communication
Communicate professionally with patients and attendants.
Explain sample collection procedures and preparation requirements.
Address patient queries courteously.
Ensure patient comfort during sample collection.
Doctor & Clinic Coordination
Visit doctors and clinics to promote laboratory services.
Maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
Coordinate sample collection requirements from clinics and hospitals.
Front Desk Support
Register patients and enter test details accurately.
Schedule home collection appointments.
Handle patient inquiries and phone calls.
Assist in billing and report dispatch when required.
Documentation & Reporting
