Phlebotomist - Home Collection

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Home Collection Phlebotomist to collect blood and other clinical samples from patients at their homes. The candidate should ensure safe, hygienic, and accurate sample collection while providing excellent patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit patients’ homes as per assigned schedule for sample collection

• Perform venipuncture and collect blood, urine, and other samples following SOPs

• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and safe transportation of samples

• Maintain hygiene, infection control, and patient safety standards

• Accurately update patient details and collection records in the system

• Handle patients politely and address basic queries regarding sample collection

• Coordinate with lab and logistics teams for timely sample delivery

• Report any collection issues or incidents to the supervisor

• Maintain daily collection and activity logs

Eligibility Criteria:

• Certification/Diploma in Phlebotomy, DMLT, or relevant healthcare qualification

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in blood/sample collection (home collection preferred)

• Good knowledge of venipuncture techniques and sample handling

• Ability to use mobile apps for scheduling and reporting

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

• Willingness to travel within assigned areas
