Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
•Dispensing & Accuracy: Reviewing, preparing, and dispensing prescriptions while ensuring accuracy in dosage, labeling, and appropriateness for the patient.

Patient Counseling: Advising patients on medication side effects, potential drug interactions, and safe usage.
Drug Therapy Monitoring: Monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting regimens as needed, including identifying and preventing adverse reactions.
Safety & Compliance: Maintaining compliance with legal, ethical, and safety regulations for medication storage and handling.
Collaboration: Working with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans.
Management: Supervising pharmacy technicians and interns, managing inventory, and keeping patient records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma in Phrmacy or Bachelor in pharmacy. Attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminologies, and proficiency in handling lab instruments and medications are essential. Maharashtra Registered is a Compulsory.
