Web Developer / UI-UX Designer

About the Role:
AstroKapoor is looking for a motivated Software Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in MERN Stack development and an interest in building scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities -

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js.
- Work with MongoDB and SQL databases for data management.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services into web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to develop and implement new features.
- Test applications and ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
- Stay updated with modern web development technologies and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Good understanding of MERN Stack.
- Hands-on knowledge of:

- React.js
- Node.js
- MongoDB
- SQL - Strong fundamentals of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of REST APIs and API integration.

- Basic knowledge of Git/version control.

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Skills

- Next.js

- PostgreSQL

- TypeScript

- Experience with server-side rendering and modern web application development. - Knowledge of application performance optimization.

- 1–3 years of experience in software/web development.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and relevant projects are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, BCA, B.Tech, MCA, or a related field is preferred.
