Job Title: Research Data Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Data Analyst to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to support research projects and evidence-based decision-making. The role involves working with researchers and cross-functional teams to manage datasets, conduct statistical analyses, prepare reports, and communicate findings clearly.
Collect, organize, and validate data from surveys, experiments, databases, and other research sources.
Clean and transform datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Perform statistical and quantitative analyses using appropriate methodologies.
Develop dashboards, reports, tables, and visualizations to communicate research findings.
Identify trends, patterns, relationships, and anomalies in datasets.
Support the design of surveys, questionnaires, and data-collection processes.
Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, analysis procedures, and results.
Collaborate with researchers, project managers, and subject-matter experts.
Interpret analytical results and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
Assist with research reports, presentations, publications, and project documentation.
Ensure data privacy, quality, and compliance with applicable research and organizational standards.
