Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools

  • Work with ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI APIs and AI agents

  • Connect different tools using APIs and webhooks

  • Automate CRM, lead management, research and internal operational workflows

  • Work with tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets, Clay and Apollo

  • Build data extraction, enrichment and processing workflows

  • Identify repetitive tasks and automate them

  • Test, troubleshoot and maintain existing automations

  • Create clear SOPs and documentation for important workflows

  • Continuously improve systems to reduce manual work

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience; strong freshers can also apply

  • Basic understanding of AI and automation tools

  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON or basic Python

  • Strong logical and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to learn new tools quickly

  • Practical projects in AI, automation or software will be preferred
