Key Responsibilities / KRAs
1. Download Purchase Orders from Zoho ERP and share them with vendors and relevant internal teams through email and WhatsApp.
2. Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
3. Follow up with vendors for timely submission of bills/invoices.
4. Coordinate with vendors to resolve quantity or quality issues and arrange returns/replacements where required.
5. Check vendor bills against Purchase Orders, identify and clarify discrepancies, and submit the bills to the Accounts Department for payment.
6. Maintain proper records of purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, deliveries and bills.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email and basic computer applications.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts will be an added advantage.
