AI And Automation Executive

We are looking for a skilled and proactive AI & Automation Executive to develop and manage automated data extraction systems, AI-powered workflows, and end-to-end data pipelines.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of automation tools, APIs, data processing, and AI integrations, with the ability to build reliable systems that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated data extraction and web scraping systems.

• Develop end-to-end pipelines for data collection, cleaning, enrichment, verification, and management.

• Create automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, Python, or similar tools.

• Integrate AI models, APIs, webhooks, databases, and CRM platforms.

• Automate company research, decision-maker identification, and lead data processing.

• Manage large datasets, remove duplicates, and maintain data accuracy.

• Develop AI-powered workflows and agents for repetitive business processes.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation systems.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation tools.

• Knowledge of Python, APIs, web scraping, and data extraction.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools.

• Experience with Google Sheets, databases, and CRM integrations.

• Understanding of data pipelines, workflow automation, and error handling.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build working solutions independently.

Preferred Skills: Apify, Playwright, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Supabase, SQL, HubSpot, and AI agent development.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Computer Science, IT, or relevant educational background.

• Freshers with strong practical projects are welcome.

• Must be able to demonstrate previous automation projects or working implementations.

• Ability to independently develop, test, and maintain automation workflows.

• It is a Full Time IT / Software / Data Analyst job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
