Project Coordinator

### Position Summary

The Coordinator – WellConnect will support the Product Manager in the day-to-day execution, coordination, and monitoring of product-related activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth product operations and timely task completion.

### Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of product-related tasks.

• Assist the Product Manager in planning, tracking, and implementing product initiatives.

• Maintain task trackers, project updates, and MIS reports.

• Follow up with team members on pending tasks and ensure timely closure.

• Coordinate with clients, partners, and vendors for product-related requirements.

• Schedule meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and track action items.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for product reviews.

• Monitor product performance and escalate issues to the Product Manager when required.

• Support product launches, user onboarding, and training coordination.

• Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.

### Required Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Quick learner with strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge of AI tools and project management tools will be an added advantage.

### Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

• Freshers with relevant internship experience or candidates with up to 2 years of coordination/project support experience may apply.
