Job Title: IT Executive (Software & ERP Support)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented IT Executive to manage, support, and optimize our internal software systems and ERP platforms. This role is focused on user support, training, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination, not software development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support for all internal software and ERP systems
Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure proper usage of systems
Troubleshoot software/ERP-related issues and ensure timely resolution
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and third-party ERP/software vendors
Coordinate with vendors to resolve bugs, implement updates, and handle technical escalations
Monitor system performance and report recurring issues
Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up systems and providing training
Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and processes
Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of all digital tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of ERP systems and business software
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills for training and coordination
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and common software tools
Non-coding role – programming knowledge is not required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling ERP systems or business applications
Prior experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Familiarity with vendor coordination and issue tracking
