Job Title : Helpdesk Executive/ Call Coordinator

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Working Hours : 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

Job Description :

1. Call Coordinator is a single point of contact for customer support and incident requests.

2. Coordinating with Customers, Engineers & Vendors via Call & E-mails.

3. Enrouting tasks/ jobs/ requests/ incidents to engineers and vendor’s according to the nature of the calls.

4. Keep updating customers about the status of requests/ incidents over Call & E-mail till closure.

5. Maintaining & updating proper records of the all task/ jobs/ request/ incidents in MS Excel.

6. Following Escalation Matrix as per the status of task/ jobs/ request/ incidents as per requirement.

7. Preparing Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly MIS Reports

Education & Experience :

1. Academic Qualification : Graduate

2. Experience Required : 6 Months to 2 Years (Call Coordination & Vendor Management)

3. Communication Required : English (Written & Verbal), Hindi

4. Salary Offered : Per Month upto Rs. 10,000/- + Mobile Reimbursement

5. Joining : Immediate

Note : Candidates must have their own Laptop/ Desktop and Mobile Phone, company will provide Official SIM Card & Monthly Recharge.
