Job Title: AI Research Analyst & Drafting Specialist
Role - Overview
The AI Academic Research & Drafting Specialist is responsible for leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to support academic research, structured assignment drafting, data summarization, and content optimization across IT and Non-IT domains.
This role ensures AI-assisted academic content is:-Well-structured,Research-backed,Plagiarism-free
Ready for further review by quality editors
The position acts as a bridge between human research analysts and AI systems, ensuring efficiency without compromising academic quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Based Academic Drafting Use AI tools to generate structured academic drafts
Convert research material into assignment-ready content
Improve clarity, coherence, and academic tone
Rewrite and humanize AI outputs to maintain originality
2. Research Summarization Summarize journal articles, reports, and case studies
Extract key theories, frameworks, and findings
Convert raw research into structured academic paragraphs assignments related to:
Software Engineering
Cloud Computing
Cybersecurity
Data Analytics
AI & Machine Learning
Generate explanations, examples, and structured outlines
4. Business & Non-IT AI Support Assist in drafting assignments in:
Business Strategy
Marketing
Finance & Accounting
HR & Organizational Behavior
Economics & Operations
Apply academic frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces, etc.)
5. Data Interpretation Support Convert analytical outputs into academic explanations Assist Data Analysts in presenting results clearly Generate structured discussion and conclusion sections.
6. Academic Integrity & Quality
Ensure AI-generated content is: Original Plagiarism-free Properly structured Follow referencing styles (APA, Harvard, IEEE) Edit and refine drafts before passing to Quality Team
