Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 (M365) including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
Troubleshoot email issues, mailbox access, calendar problems, and mail flow in Exchange Online
Support user account management (creation, password reset, license assignment, access permissions) in M365 Admin Center
Handle basic Microsoft Intune / device management tasks like device enrollment and policy troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve software-related issues (application errors, installation failures, updates)
Troubleshoot hardware issues such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Identify and fix network-related problems (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN issues, IP configuration, DNS issues)
Provide remote support using tools like Remote Desktop / TeamViewer
Log and track incidents using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) and ensure SLA compliance
Perform basic system maintenance (OS updates, antivirus checks, performance optimization)
Assist users with access issues and security policies (MFA, password policies, conditional access basics)
Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when required
Maintain documentation of common issues and solutions (KB articles)
Deliver excellent customer support with clear communication and timely resolution
