Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Maintain POS systems, printers, CCTV, biometric devices, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and installations.

  • Ensure data security and proper functioning of all IT assets.

  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

  • Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, LAN/Wi-Fi, CCTV, and POS systems.

  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Working Hours

  • Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including break)

  • Working Days: 6 days a week

  • Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off
