About the Role:
Direct experience working with enterprise customers during implementation or onboarding, including scoping what a customer actually needs versus what they initially ask for
Experience running or closely supporting UAT cycles, including the ability to triage and prioritize customer-reported issues under a deadline
A genuine interest in doing customer-facing work, not just writing code and handing it off. You will be in calls, not just in tickets
The ability to work independently on ambiguous problems. You will often be the first person at the company to solve a given customer's specific configuration
Experience with identity federation and SSO setup, particularly Keycloak or a similar provider
Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, including the tradeoffs between shared and dedicated database models
Prior experience in a regulated industry such as BFSI, or with data privacy and compliance products specifically
