Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Executive to provide technical support

for our agricultural machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine

installation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.

• Install, configure, and commission agricultural machines.

• Perform machine setup and ensure proper functioning.

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and servicing activities.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic faults.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections.

• Coordinate with customers and vendors.

• Prepare service reports and technical documentation.

• Provide after-sales technical support and customer training.

• Ensure timely resolution of service requests.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: ITI in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
