Job Title: L1 Service Desk Engineer

Job Summary:

Provide first-level IT support by resolving basic hardware, software, email, and network issues. Handle service requests, troubleshoot user problems, and escalate complex issues to the L2 team while ensuring SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.

Log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests.

Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, email, and basic network issues.

Reset passwords and manage user accounts in Active Directory.

Support remote users using remote support tools.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.

Basic understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.

Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
