Job Role: US – Timesheet Executive
5 Days Working (Sat-Sun off)

Job Location: Raipur, Telibandha Chowk

Job Type: Work from Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

Extract data from the online portals.
Need enter these data into the Excel files.
Interact with US candidates regarding their hours they worked for the previous week.
Solve the queries of the candidates regarding entering of hours into the online portals via e-mail and calls.
Prepare various reports as required and guided by the management.

Requirements:

? Should have good advanced excel skills(VLookup, HLookup, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Table, SumIF, COUNTIF Formuals).

? The candidate must have a basic knowledge in accounting.

? 0-3 years of work experience in Accounts Background or Freshers with good knowledge of Accounting and Excel.

? Good communication skills.

? Comfortable for Night shift and work from Office for Raipur CG Location.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree is required
