The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and software testing methodologies. The role involves comparing the developed application with Figma designs, identifying UI inconsistencies, and working closely with developers and designers to deliver a high-quality product. Design QA typically focuses on validating spacing, typography, colors, layouts, responsiveness, and component behavior against the approved Figma files.
Key Responsibilities
Validate web and mobile applications against Figma designs.
Perform UI, UX, Functional, Regression, and Cross-browser testing.
Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
Verify fonts, colors, spacing, icons, images, and layouts.
Test responsive design on Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile devices.
Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools.
Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Developers, and Product Managers.
Verify bug fixes before production deployment.
Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and QA documentation.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release testing.
Required Skills

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in Software QA.
Experience working with Figma-based UI validation is preferred.
Responsibilities During Testing
Compare the application with Figma designs.
Check typography, colors, spacing, alignment, and component consistency.
Verify responsiveness across devices.
Test navigation, forms, buttons, pop-ups, and error messages.
Report UI and functional defects with screenshots and clear reproduction steps.
