We are looking for a CRM Technical Consultant (Junior) to join our team at at Manav Management Group, contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat • Provide accurate information about products/services • Coordinate with internal & external teams (Sales, Technical, Operations, Dispatch) for issue resolution • Act as a single point of contact between customers and internal departments • Track service requests and ensure timely closure • Escalate unresolved or critical issues to higher management • Maintain records of customer interactions and service updates • Follow up regularly with internal teams to avoid delays • Support after-sales service and complaint handling • Prepare daily/weekly reports on service status and pending cases
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 5 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of Communication,Excel / Advanced Excel,Problem Solving and modern tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
