Job Title: Back Office cum CRM Executive
Location: Surat
Working Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Gender Preference: Female Only
Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend and coordinate with clients professionally (calls, messages, walk-ins)
Handle CRM activities and maintain client records
Manage back-office operations and daily administrative work
Filing and maintaining documents, records, and data systematically
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Follow up with clients and support sales operations
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Excel, email, CRM preferred)
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Prior experience in back office or CRM role will be an added advantage
