About the Role

You will call leads and customers, keep in touch with them, and make sure no lead is missed. The most important part of this job is follow-up.

What You Will Do

Call leads and customers to share information and answer questions.
Follow up with every lead on time. This is the most important task.
Keep records of all calls and updates in Excel and CRM.
Reply to customers on phone and WhatsApp.
Give a daily update of calls and follow-ups to the team.

What We Need From You

Minimum 1 year experience in tele-calling.
Graduate (any stream).
Good English. You must speak and listen well.
Comfortable speaking in Hindi.
Strong follow-up habit. You do not forget or delay.
Basic computer skills. You can use Excel and Word.
