We are looking for a Computer Operator to join our team at at River Engineering Private Limited, contributing to Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and E-Way Bills. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Job Title: Computer Operator – Billing & E-Way Bill
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process sales/purchase invoices accurately.
Generate and manage E-Way Bills and other GST-related documents.
Enter and maintain billing and customer data in ERP/accounting software.
Verify invoice details, GST, quantities, rates, and taxes.
Maintain billing records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with accounts, sales, dispatch, and logistics teams.
Handle invoice corrections, cancellations, and related documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate billing and dispatch documentation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/12th pass with relevant billing experience.
Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and E-Way Bills.
Good computer and MS Excel skills.
Experience with Tally/ERP software preferred.
Good accuracy, communication, and record-keeping skills.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
