Role Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented backend professional to handle data, reports, and day-to-day operational support. The job is heavy on Excel and accuracy. Speed and discipline matter.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update Excel sheets (sales, stock, payments, reports, etc.)
Data entry, verification, and reconciliation
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
Handle backend coordination with sales/accounts/operations
File management and basic documentation work
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates

Requirements:

Good working knowledge of MS Excel (filters, formulas, basic reports)
Typing speed minimum 30 WPM
Comfortable with computers, email, and basic office software
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle repetitive work without messing up
Basic understanding of business operations is a plus
