Role Overview

As an AI Computer Science Engineer at Drytis, you will play a key role in providing direct technical support and AI-driven development assistance to clients using our Vibe Coding platform. This role blends deep AI expertise with practical coding, debugging, and client collaboration.

You may engage in live pair programming sessions, perform hands-on debugging, or help clients complete software projects in real time. You will be expected to move fluidly between coding, prompt engineering, and direct client interaction, while communicating clearly and confidently with primarily English-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in live or asynchronous sessions to provide coding support and project guidance.

• Apply advanced prompt engineering and AI development techniques (including extensive use of AI coding applications and tools) to enhance client workflows.

• Debug, refactor, and complete application features across various software stacks.

• Collaborate via remote, cloud-based development tools and shared workspaces.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions, tasks, and resolutions.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and platform optimization feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong command of Python, JavaScript, or other common programming languages.

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and AI-assisted coding tools, with extensive daily use of AI coding applications.

• Proven full-stack application deployment experience (front-end, back-end, and production environments).

• Exceptional English communication skills—verbal and written—are absolutely required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail, especially in client-facing and production-critical scenarios.

• Familiarity with cloud-based IDEs, version control (e.g., Git), and API integrations.

• Strong UX/UI design and product experience are highly favorable.

• Reliable internet connectivity with access to multiple providers for redundancy and uninterrupted client sessions.

• ​Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
