Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our team at at Csa Marine Global Private Limited, contributing to software, data, and back end support with sales teams and email managment . This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain databases, or analytical tools

• Maintaining accurate customer/client databases, updating records in ERP or CRM systems

• Handling documentation, such as raising demand letters, receipts, and agreement papers

• Analyze data, generate insights, and ensure system accuracy

• Troubleshoot issues and support daily

• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

• Follow documentation, security, and testing standards

• Email management & crm back end handling

• No direct customer interaction & Managing Client Requirments '

• Assisting sales teams, coordinating with finance departments for payment follow-ups, and managing client queries.

• Preparing MIS reports on billing, payments, and project milestones. 

• Managing the full cycle of customer support and operational workflows.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of BackEnd (Development), Excel / Advanced Excel, Power BI / Tableau, Problem Solving, Communication, email management, coordination, negotiations and modern tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
