Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled System Handling (CRM) Executive to support our CRM operations, internal software platforms, data workflows, and minor system customizations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of programming languages like HTML, Java, Python, and a strong interest in managing CRM systems and in-house software tools. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about combining tech skills with business systems and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).

• Perform basic CRM configuration, data updates, and user management tasks.

• Support in-house software platforms by handling user queries, monitoring performance, and performing routine maintenance or updates.

• Use HTML/CSS for customizing email templates, dashboards, and UI elements (where applicable).

• Write basic Python/Java scripts for data automation, reporting, and system workflows.

• Support integration efforts between CRM, in-house systems, and third-party tools using APIs and scripts.

• Identify and troubleshoot system or software issues; escalate technical problems as needed.

• Generate reports and dashboards for internal teams and management.

• Maintain documentation of CRM and internal software processes, scripts, configurations, and updates.

• Coordinate with development or IT teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and feature requests for both CRM and internal tools.

  Required Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS – for CRM and internal system customization and templates.

• Basic understanding of Java and/or Python for scripting and automation tasks.

• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).

• Exposure to or willingness to learn about APIs and system integrations.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude.

  Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
