Ran Integration Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and motivated RAN Integration Engineers with hands-on experience in Nokia and Ericsson equipment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of telecom networks and experience in the integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of RAN components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform integration and commissioning of RAN nodes (2G/3G/4G/5G) for Nokia and Ericsson networks.

• Execute software upgrades and configuration changes on live networks.

• Coordinate with field teams for site-level integration and validation.

• Conduct health checks, fault analysis, and troubleshoot RAN-related issues.

• Ensure seamless network performance post-integration.

• Maintain logs, documentation, and support compliance with network standards.
